What you actually sell.

Ten automations local businesses will pay monthly for, what to charge, how to bundle them, and the bit that matters most: your Claude Code can build every one of these. You are not coding from scratch. You describe it, the tools do the work.

The big idea

Every local business leaks leads and money in the same handful of places: missed calls, slow replies, no follow-up, no reviews, no shows. Each leak is a small automation that plugs it. You build the plug once, then sell the same plug to every similar business. Build once, sell many. That is the whole game.

You don't sell "AI". You sell "you stop losing jobs you're already paying to get". The automation is just how you deliver it.

The top 10 automations

Pick ONE to lead with (missed-call text-back is the easiest yes). The rest become upsells once they trust you.

One honest flag: SMS automations (numbers 1, 2, 8 especially) need the business to have permission to text the customer. Reactivating an old list = only people who opted in. Keep it consent-clean and you avoid the one legal banana-skin in this game.

Don't sell them one at a time. Bundle.

Single automations get you in the door. Packages are where the real monthly money is, and they're an easier yes because you're selling an outcome, not a feature. Start a first client cheap (even free) for the testimonial, then these become your real prices.

Starter
Never Miss a Lead
~$297/mo + ~$300 setup
  • Missed-call text-back
  • Speed-to-lead instant reply
  • Booking + SMS reminders

"Every enquiry gets an instant response, day or night."

Growth
Fill the Calendar
~$597/mo + ~$500 setup
  • Everything in Starter
  • Review requests + AI review responder
  • Lead nurture sequences
  • Database reactivation

"More booked jobs from the leads you already have."

Autopilot
Your AI Front Desk
~$997/mo + ~$750 setup
  • Everything in Growth
  • AI web-chat qualifier + booker (One.ie)
  • Quote / estimate chaser
  • Content autopilot

"The front desk runs itself."

These prices fit comfortably inside a $500k-$2M business's existing budget (they already spend 5-10% of revenue on marketing). The setup fee front-loads cash and weeds out tyre-kickers. The One.ie chat piece is the upsell that lands once it ships.

How you build all of this (the important bit)

This is the part that should make you breathe out. You do not write code from scratch. You describe what you want in plain English and the tools build it. Here is the stack:

Claude Code
Your build cockpit. You say "build me a missed-call text-back for this business" and it writes the workflow, the webhook, the message copy, the form. This is the skill you're already learning, this is what you point it at.
GoHighLevel
The all-in-one engine: CRM, SMS, email, booking, pipelines. Half this list (1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8) is native GHL. You resell GHL sub-accounts and keep the margin. One tool covers most of the menu.
n8n
The glue for anything GHL doesn't do natively. A free, self-hosted automation engine that connects tools together. Claude Code writes the n8n workflows for you. Runs on a $5/mo server.
One.ie
The branded AI chat agent (number 3) under your client's name. The recurring upsell in the top package, lands when Tony ships it.
Claude / AI API
The brains behind the review responder, the chat, and the content autopilot. Claude Code wires it in.
The whole point: build a thing once with Claude Code, get it working for one business, then sell that exact same build to the next ten. Your time goes in once. The money comes in monthly.

How to actually use this

  • Pick ONE automation to lead with. Missed-call text-back is the cleanest "yes" (one missed job pays for it).
  • Build it once in your starter-kit so you have a working demo to show on video.
  • Sell the single automation to get in the door, then upsell the package once they trust you.
  • Don't learn all ten before you start. Learn one, sell one, learn the next when a client needs it.
